Jeffrey Choi specializes in planning, development, implementation, and management of international energy infrastructure projects, delivering solutions with effective investment and financing strategies with more than 20 years of field experience and expertise. Before joining Pistis, He held various leadership positions in such institutions as GOs, PMCs, Universities, and the Military in Korea, Australia, and Indonesia.

Jeffrey studied a PhD program in International Relations at the Australian National University as an Endeavour Award Scholar of the Australian Government. He received his MA in International Relations from the International University of Japan as a Japanese Government’s Monbukakusho Scholar and holds a BA in International Studies and English from Handong Global University. He served the Republic of Korea Navy as a commisioned officer.
